Active Businesses: Dr. Ralph M. Daniel, the Center's principal,

planning, reduce workplace conflict between siblings, cousins, parents
and extended family; and to set-up management tools for family enterprises.
These include the governance systems
and management teams required to manage a growing family enterprise,
while establishing communication forums that lead to family harmony
and conflict resolution.
Estate Conflicts: Dr. Daniel also assists families with
sizable estates to mediate troublesome conflicts arising over trust
and estate planning, or lack of planning. He draws on a rich experience
as a psychologist specializing in family dynamics, a business entrepreneur,
and a second-generation member of a successful family-owned business.
