Three Phases of the Consulting Process for Family Firms

Typically, there are three stages or phases to the consulting process beginning with the evaluation, and culminating with implementing key solutions.

Evaluation Phase: Typically, the evaluation phase takes between 1/2 day to 3 days to complete. The evaluation includes a site visit to the business, individual interviews (usually at your business site) and review of key documents. Click for in-depth description.

Feedback Phase: In most cases, the feedback session, with findings and suggested solution paths presented, takes 2-4 hours. Click for in-depth description.

Strategic Phase: The strategic phase, during which your firm works with Dr. Daniel's input, consulting and coaching, can occur over a few month period. Often, this phase entails weekly consulting sessions with the goal of reducing the frequency as soon as it becomes feasible. Click for in-depth description.
